OutfitLibrary (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a fashion analysis blog operated by Flywave Technology Limited, registered in England and Wales. We publish written breakdowns of African fashion and style. We do not sell products, run a marketplace, or sell personal data.

2. What we collect

  • Analytics data — page views, referral source, approximate country-level location, device type. Collected via anonymised analytics only. No individual is identified.
  • Contact & takedown requests — name and email address when you write to us or submit a takedown request. Used solely to respond to you.
  • Cookies — essential cookies only. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

3. How we use your data

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which content is most useful to readers. Contact data is used only to respond to your message. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. AI-assisted content

Some of our fashion analyses are assisted by artificial intelligence tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We are transparent about this practice and note it where relevant on individual posts.

5. Image and content policy

OutfitLibrary publishes fashion analysis referencing publicly available images for editorial commentary purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party images. If you appear in a photo published on this site and wish it removed, please submit a takedown request and we will remove it within 5 working days.

OutfitLibrary is not responsible for the content of external sites and news culled therefrom.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@outfitlibrary.com.

7. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained in anonymised aggregate form indefinitely.
